We met Chris and went over our requirements for the event. Chris provided lots of options on canapés, so we were spoilt for choice. We were able to try samples before deciding.
On the day of the event Chris arrived early to set up and introduced his team that were supporting.
The food, drinks and attention to detail was excellent and we can't wait to utilize Art of Taste again!

Me and my Wife planned a Nikkah Ceremony for 27th April 2024 in Milford on Sea. Had a marquee set up in the garden. We were struggling to find catering around the Hampshire area. As I am Bengali and Sasha is English. In other words my family can handle the spice and Sasha’s can’t lol. I wanted a Mediterranean/Turkish menu for guests. Was calling around non stop had no luck. Sasha’s sister came across Art of Taste. We contacted Chris and I knew he was the guy for our event. We went with the BBQ menu. He gave us the feeling he was very customer focused and wanted to deliver our needs. Chris knew I was Muslim and he confirmed he can send Halal certificates and order halal meat. We went for a taste test. As soon as I bit the chicken I knew this is the guy. I am Asian and I love my chicken!!! The lamb and steak were soo tender and lovely and the salmon 😍😍😍. Wasn’t dry or rubbery, Chris vacuum packs his marinated meats. Keeping it succulent and tasty. Chris and I bonded very well as I understood Chris gets his produce locally and fresh. This was a big factor for me, as I watch master chef on a regular haha. I tasted every salad like I was a judge haha but Sasha finished everything it was too 😍🙌🏾🙌🏾. I didn’t blame her as our guest on the day was like this FOOD IS AMAZING!!! His customer service skills is second to none. His staff on the day were helpful. The Nikkah ceremony bonded two cultures together and made it magical with the food!! 10 out of 10 for me. A genuine and talented chef. He will deliver!!! I have saved his number, people are already asking me send me his details. Chris is a legend!!!! And hopefully we will see him again in the future 🙏🏽🥳🙌🏾. Honestly it was the best days of our lives. No event is remembered if the food is rubbish. Everyone loved the event with the nikkah ceremony to the food and the desserts. My nephews were taking all the desserts hiding and eating them. They were amazing, small desserts. Chocolate moose, brownies, blondies, trifle and baclava. Also tea and coffee. Chris knew I only drink mint tea with honey. He went above and beyond and provided the mint tea and natural honey. Was a day I’ll remember for life. Thanks Chris really appreciated how much you done for us!! We will definitely see you again ❤️.

Chris and his team worked seamlessly throughout our wedding day, thinking of every small detail and felt more like a wedding coordinator than just a caterer, helping us with timings throughout the day. Everyone loved the food on the day and we had minimal leftovers because everyone went back for seconds! Chris is great when it comes to communication, double checking all details before the big day and helping us with any last minute bits, I would reccomend in a heart beat to anyone having a wedding or event. Chris and the team are trustworthy, reliable and honest, with no hidden costs along the way. Thank you Chris, for all your help!

I found Chris via "Add to Event". From the menu to the first meeting I felt I had found the right man for the job and I was not disappointed. Absolute professional with an eye for detail. Added lots of finishing detail and made our event a complete success! Cant thank him enough. The food was superb. We had 100 to feed and the menu had lots of items in it. He smashed each and every one. The desserts were also a hit. People are still talking about it even now! No hesitation in recommending him for other jobs. If you want to do it right, and not worry about a thing, I think Chris is your man. I only hope hes free next time we have an event. 10/10

’The day The Whole Hog came, they blew us away. They were fabulous, the food was beyond expectations, and we couldn’t recommend them enough. So pleased that we choose them to host our event. Nothing was too much trouble & everything was just amazing. Very happy indeed.
